air. on early morning fire destroyed a warehouse. the flames were huge earlier. firefighters arrived about 3:00 in the morning. the building was said to be vacant. he has been talking with firefighters. sl more and more school starts back up a disturbing arrest. >> a teacher was trying to get to a teenager to send him explicit pictures. we are live in san jose with the very latest, chris. this is christopher floria who

was arrested. they say he had inappropriate sexual conversations with a 16-year-old girl during school functions. investigators say he also kplun kated through social media. the 39-year-old teacher interacted in at least two places here in san jose. also a california youth symphony. they say he was a music teacher here. i did reach out to the school for comment. i haven't heard back. i haven't heard back from the california youth symphony. he was a conductor for the symphony. we are waiting for comment from them as well.
