the street here in fremont. he was expected to recover during our reporting that day. police did arrest another in connection with that attack. police are looking for a man suspected of stabbing another rider saturday night. you can see the image coming up t on the screen. the 18-year-old woman stabbed to death five months ago. police have arrested a man in connection with her murder. to help make the transit system safer it gets to there this morning. he has awarded bart a $6.8 million security grant. it will pay for a variety of an san francisco stations. it will help bart keep a special team of officer. the eight

coastal fog. it kind of breaks down where we are seeing some of that cloud cover. we have that fog down through napa. san jose in the clear of that. down through the santa cruz mountains you can expect to see possible drizzle. so the next hour by hour outlook, let's talk about what it will look like. we'll see extensive low clouds throughout the day. drizzle likely throughout the coastline. it will be mild and breezy. below average temperatures once again. coastline.d of back off:30 p.m. so micro degrees. palo alto 62. we'll keep breezy conditions not just for today but for the next maybe two days before we see a very mild warm up as we head in towards the weekend. i think you should keep appreciating that. >> yes. everybody does. we appreciate your forecast as well. you will appreciate all of this. it is from the city down to the

south bay and back up along the east bay. it is very mild slowing. it is over towards grant line and north flynn. it is continuing to get less and less of a back up. we checked in and all lanesexe t except for one lane. there is electrical work going on. flashing lights will cause a bit more slowing and distraction. that is really all that's going on right now. the bay bridge has cash lanes on the approach. the golden gate bridge moves smoothly. they are doing a few nights of overflight work there because of a suicide barrier project.
