the basics of how this will at least work if it is approved by governor jerry brown. it will be a three year pilot program. the current mayor had a task force that found that the safe injection sites could save the city $3.5 million in health care costs. as i mentioned, a state assembly bill did pass in the california legislator earlier this week. it needs final approval before this program can move forward from governor jerry brown.

san jose couple )s complaint about a hospital -- with a twist. they was billed for treatment they never received. consumer investigator chris chmura wanted to know why. do you have yours yet? what would you do if you receive add bill for a hospital stay that never happened? they spent months dealing with that very problem. in february they received a hospital bill for more than $2,000. it claimed daniel was a patient there shortly before christmas. >> if we lad to go to the hospital he told me the brirt date the social and everything is the same. i said it's not him. >> it wasn't him and they have photographic proof.
