o-year-old double murder case thatas stalled despite the fact there could be hundreds of witnesses. police released surveillance video. some 300 people were there. you can see them franticly trying to take cover when shots were fired. investigators released a clip showing two persons of interest here. they made sketches of the mens faces and hoping they the combination of the video as well as those drawings could help jog some memories. >> someone is not ready to talk. there are reasons people don't talk. some may have fear. some don't want to get involved.

two men were killed that night. one destructive fires in california state history. the fire is finally 100% contained. there is a containment line built around the fire. it doesn't mean the flames are completely out. crews will be patrolling the area for several more days. you may remember the wild fire ignited bay vehicle's mechanical failure. it burned more than a quarter of a million acres and destroyed more than a thousand homes. six killed and three firefighters. firefighters are sounding the alarm to be extra burn ban that went into effect at the beginning of the month.

we have wind speeds about 14 miles per hour right now. we are expecting and tracking a warm up, really starting to kind of be a little bit noticeable during the afternoon. despite that we are starting out with 60s on the map. it is 61 for san jose. wind speeds at about 6 miles per hour. further in through the tri-valley 59 degrees. our morning lows haven't seen a huge change the past couple of days. let's talk about this coastal fog. the clouds serve as a bit of a blanket which keeps our temperatures a little bit cooler especially into the early morning hours. we are running about 9 degrees cooler. half-moon bay 4 degrees cooler. in through hayward a couple of degrees. if you notice we have a little bit of fog going there. as far as your highs for today we will be clearing out,

welcoming plenty of sunshine into the afternoon. it is 80 degrees east san jose. check out the east bay. we'll go from about 73 degrees in oakland through concord at about 73 degrees. we warm up by 8, 9, 10 degrees by the weekend. as far as the peninsula we'll stay busy. mid-to upper 70s expected there. if you're heading into the city it is 58 degrees for mission. santa rosa about 82 degrees. let's talk about the next seven days. i have you covered. as we head in towards saturday and sunday what will happen is with that ridge of high pressure it will really start warming us up. not a lot for sannctake look atd that's where you'll feel it the most. it will be a warm weekend ahead. let's check in with mike. >> a look over here. we are looking at a nice flow of
