police say it happened a little before 11:00. one man says they were leaving the complex when a second round of gunfire sprayed his uncle's car. >> you get out of the area. they started shooting again. >> luckily no one was injured. three of the people who were shot are in extremely critical condition. we are working to bring you a live report coming up at 6:30. more violence ton bart system happening at an east bay station that has been prone to problems in recent weeks. >> we are live to tell us about the most recent incident. what is being done to combat this ongoing safety concern? >> yeah. good morning to you. yes, this is happening at the

macarthur bart station. bart the trying to address some of the security concerns for riders many this past month. right now bart considering a $28 million proposal. it would be used for more surveillance on bart as well as to increase police surveil anxious. currently officers do work overtime. it had been a big concern for riders. the big one was on july 22nd with a deadly stabbing at the

ma macarthur bart station. on august 25th stabbing another man. he was eventually arrest aed a couple of days later. an agent at the macarthur bart station is a man accused of harassing two women. they called on the agent to help

out. last night the fire burned five acres. near by residents have been told to be ready to evacuate. we don't know what kind of plane crashed or how many people were on board. medical teams have not been able to access that area because of the fire laura is spending the day here. she tweeted this out shortly yesterday afternoon. it gives you a little perspective on where the fire is for the fifth time a bay area apple store is targeted by thieves. it happened around noon yesterday. the men dashed into the store ripping the devices from the table and taking off in a car

waiting. the same thing happened in santa rosa. you can see this was on wednesday. in that case surveillance cameras caught those thieves in action. so far no one has been hurt in any of these cases. we don't know if these crimes are connected. now to washington where congress heads back to work with a full schedule ahead. >> soon new jobs report. >> tracy, all of this after the government said he cannot afford to give employees a raise. the president wants to speed this up by the time he starts

saturday's 3.2 magnitude lake gave neighbors quite a jolt. >> that's because the made even a small quake can do big damage in a situation like that. >> the concern is that a much larger quake could cause the dam to fail and send a wave of water rushing down into fremont. they don't believe that last night's earthquake caused any damage to the old dam that was built in the 1920s for did they believe it damaged the new one. you can see it is being built right now. inspector did take a look at the dams last flignight.

sister were stabbed. nia wilson died from her wounds. last month two men were stabbed. lake tahoe, a long morning for folks that live there because of a small plane crash that sparked a fire. the plane went down on the nevada side of the lake. near by residents were told to be ready to evacuate. we don't know the type of plane that crashed or what to expect because they cannot access the area because of the fire. two earthquakes in two days. it was the smaller quake that ratted the bay. no damage reported there.
