mobile home killing a 3-month-old inside. with rain in the forecast through tomorrow the danger is far from over. >> it's 4:35 now. sexual abuse survivors from the bay area had a big goal in mind. they want california's attorney general to launch a state-wide investigation into the alleged abuse similar to one recently concluded in pennsylvania. members of snap or survivor's network or those abused by a priest say the number of those accused is higher than reported. they want state leaders to do more to expose abusers. >> we want to protect kids. the way to on up files and sort out who did what to whom when. you have to publish the names, publish what they did so parents an advocates can look out for the children. >> members of snap plan to protest outside the office this

here are the top business headlines. wall street could start the session slightly in the red. investors are playing it cautious on reports the trump administration could put another round of tariffs on chinese imports today. markets are coming off a positive week. the dow, nasdaq up the last four of the last five weeks. look for economic data this week on housing. the dow closing up eight points on friday to 26,154. the nasdaq slipping. mo if there are more tariffs u.s. consumers could see higherhouse consumer electronics. apple warned this month tariffs could impact the apple watch and the airpod wireless headphones.

another view from san francisco looking at the bay bridge. you can see the low clouds hovering overhead. we'll see it barragely cleerg up. let's head to martinez as you get ready for a run. around sunrise, temperatures at 56 degrees. we'll see more sun throughout the day keeping nice and cool weather. you can exercise outside all day long. it's going to be the morning d morgan hill it's cool. only 50 degrees for the next couple of hours. you may have to turn on the heater for a while. later today, opening up the windows, letting in the nice comfortable air and sunshine. here is a look at the high temperatures today. we'll make it up to 79 degrees in east san jose. 74 in cupertino. all of the temperatures still cooler than normal. oakland 68. also 68 in san mateo.

san francisco reaching 64 on the embarkadero and the north bay up to 70 degrees in santa rosa. it will be breezy today. as we go through the forecast, we'll start to have warmer air moving in. although tomorrow will be a little bit cooler. then we see a boost in the temperatures. wednesday, thursday will be the warmest day of the forecast. that will bring you back down for the weekend. san francisco looking at more of the same. warmest day there on thursday. as we head over for the freeway closure. >> they gave us an adjustment, kari. we'll talk about why. fine. castro valley has a closure for police activity. chp closed the freeway for an investigation. after midnight there was a car to car shooting on the freeway. it's closed now from the valley up to 164th. that stretch of 580 will not

affect folks on the approach. we saw the early backup there because of the traffic break. the closure still in place now. hopefully chpilpen it by 5:00 a.m. as you get through the area, i told you to use the foothills. that will not be the best option. there may be a closure as well. east 14th up there. perhaps fairmont drive is where you get back up. you have 580 off the freeway at the closure. back around tot. the freeway is open if you are headed to 238. you can get back to the freeway. the surface streets are slower. the speed limits are half. no counties. shows you the beautiful view from the emeriville camera. richmond to san rafael, it's fine across the bridge.
