"early today" starts right now. >> brett kavanaugh's accuser now says she wants the fbi to investigate her claims before she appears before the senate. lawyers for christine blasey ford says she has had to move out of her home because of vicious harassment, even death threats. and in the upheaval has had to face facing her attacker in a number of days. in a letter to chuck grassley, they write, while no sexual assault survivor should be subjected to such an ordeal, dr. ford wants to cooperate. a fbi investigation should be the first step. >> senator grassley responded last night saying nothing the fbi or any other investigator would have any bearing on what dr. ford tells the committee, so there is no reason for any further delay. grassley says monday's invitation still stands, with fellow republicans saying if ford chooses not to testify, fw

measures. the announcement coming amid a second day of talks with moon jae-in in pyongyang. joining us now is janis mackey frayer live in seoul with details on the potentially historic peace agreement. janice. good morning. >> reporter: good morning. one big take away from this summit was the declaration between the two leaders that kim jong un would visit seoul sometime before the end of the year. this would mark the first time a north korean leader has visited the south. there's no word yet on timing, but it does send a resounding message that these two men are very serious about moving towards progress on the korean peninsula. kim has also said that he will move to dismantle the missile engine testing facility and missile launch pad. these have been two key sites as part of the icbm michl program.

he said he would be willing to dismantle the main complex if the u.s. takes corresponding measures, and this is where it becomes cryptic. he seas n he's not saying he'll allow nuclear inspectors to come in, he's saying outside inspectors. it's yet to be determined how significant this agreement is. president trump jumping at the opportunity to commend the two men on the declaration. the summit is seen as a way to pave the way toward a second summit between kim jong un and president trump. president moon will travel to washington before the end of the month to brief the administration on where things stand and where he believes things are going. now back to you. >> janice, thank you. growing concerns this morning ot's handling of the border crisis. the trump administration has lost track of nearly 1500 migrant children according to findings obtained by the "new york times." the administration couldn't give
