protocol in place for the judiciary committee to field complaints of sexual harassment and assault. how easy it is for them to be turned into the political circus. i think what is easy to forget there is a person here and a woman who says she was a victim of sexual assault. she spent hours yesterday with the fbi reporting on the death threats she has been experiencing. while there has been a lot of political pressure and political games going on, there is a real person here who is trying to protect herself physically and psychologically. >> and alinteresting all those ago with anita hill there was an fbi investigation and now not so much. steve. >> we had an nbc news poll come out that measures the impact. you can see the nomination right now. sitting at actually more opposition than support. 38% to 34%.
