we've been talking to latinos, especially in a state like florida where they makeup 17% of registered voters. we saw plenty of get out the vote efforts to talk to this community in their language with music, surrogates like latino actresses, eva longoria. among others, really mobilizing this community to make their voices heard. you have key constituencies like the cuban voters and the puerto rican voters. for them, national issues like immigration matter. and also health care and hyper-local issues like foreign policy with cuba as well as a hurricane maria rese and you ha incred cflida. andrew gillum verses sanchez. one-point race. as well as bill nelson and the current governor, rick scott.

a one-to-two-point race right now and the question with latinos is will they turn out? we saw plenty of groups making sure that they do and bridging those cultural divides, especially in terms of latino transplants that have moved here from latin america. making them aware of early voting, of an importance of a midterm election. i have rarely seen this much enthusiasm around a midterm election. most know this is a pretty historic election. some telling me one of the most important in their lifetime. back to you. one of the major questions heading to the midterm sz whether a blue wave will wash over the house. we've seen a huge surge in early voting with 17 states surpassing the turn out the 2014 election.
