showers pushing on through. pockets in through oakland and fairfield. san jose catches a little bit of a break. by 11:00 a.m., we get more pockets pushing in from the south, san jose and the morgan hill area as well. as far as the timeline goes, in the afternoon between 4:00 and 6:00, you can see the rain clears out and all that's left behind by 11:00 p.m. is a lot of cloud cover. as far as the wind speeds go, expect gusty conditions into santa rosa and napa upwards of 20 miles per hour. the rest of the bay area r. will remain breezy. we do see the wind diminish by 7:00, 8:00 as that system makes its exit, the rain will move out and the winds will go down as well. now, as far as the next couple of days, thursday and friday, we dry out, nice little break from the rain. temperatures remain in the 50s. if you notice, saturday is a good day. by sunday, we get an additional system that moves in and so far the system looks to be moving in sunday night into early monday morning. that could mean a pretty wet commute early monday morning into next week.
5:20 am
but for now, keep the rain boots in hand, take the umbrella in case. let check in with mike. >> looking at the seven-day, rainy days and mondays. laura, what does that do? >> gets you down. >> get you down. looking at the radar activity, storm ranger, the most accurate radar in the bay area. the most accurate showing you, again, san leandro. we'll see them change a little bit. we'll see if it's enough to make the sensors anything but green. lighter commute. minor crashes all around. peninsula and the south bay, they're all on the shoulder. no major injuries. the green highlighting in san pablo indicates wetter roads. contra costa county at speed. crash at the bay bridge past the metering lights. it's on the shoulder. dublin shows you wet roadways here. be careful right here at the off ramp. you see this vehicle exiting. lower the speeds, because it might be slick. no problems for mass transit, including the ferries. the winds are not enough to
