as the man's accuser confronted him in court. morgan radford is here with more details on this story. hey, morgan. >> reporter: good morning. jacob anderson faced four counts of sexual assault and possibly years behind bars. t of this plea deal, he will face no jail time. the woman who says he raped her in 2016, is calling the entire justice system so you have anyt? >> no. >> reporter: jacob earlier, a j deal for the former baylor university president, charged with sexually assaulting a fellow student behind this home in 2016. as part of the agreement, anderson pleaded no contest to a lesser charge of unlawful restraint. he will serve three years probation, pay a $400 fine and attend a sexual offenders group therapy program. that means no jail time and no

december 2nd, at about 12:37 p.m. >> reporter: authorities say they have little to go on. none of her cars missing. suitcase untouched. food left on the stove. only her purse appears to be gone. idaho where she does have family. late in the afternoon on november 25th nearly 700 miles away. kelsey's employer at doss savuation received a text from that number saying she would not be in for the rest of the week. >> we've executed search warrants on kelsey's home as well as both of her vehicles. we have not identified anyone as a suspect and are asking the public for any information that might help us find her. >> reporter: police say kelsey's fiance and father of her child has cooperated and last reported seeing her on thanksgiving when he picked up their daughter. >> this is completely out of character. kelsey loves her god, her family and friends. >> reporter: a facebook page has
