>> probably kept him warm too. >> he is like i need a tums now. hopefully no hazardous weather situations where we might get stuck. >> yeah,llio. and as we get a look at storm ranger, that is our mobile doppler radar, that the red scan that you see going around on the screen. we've seen a couple spotty light showers through. the storm from the weekend is moving away. but i want to show you what is is going on here. we do see this area of low pressure that is moving closer to the bay area. and it will be here by tomorrow. but then notice that just to the south of that, pointing towards san diego and baja california, we'rein an atmospheric river. so this area of low pressure moves in, and at this point it doesn't look like it enhances the rainfall with atmospheric river. at this point it looks like it

won't connect. so that is good news for us. our temperatures this morning starting out in the antioch as you get ready for your drive in the upper 40s heading into the upper 50s today. and then we still see a slight chance of some light rain, overall it is mostly dry. and then also for tomorrow, it is most i dry until we get in to the afternoon where we start to see some rain approaching the north bay and then more widespread into the even andaft and evening hours. the storm system will bring totals. but not expecting anything really heavy at this point. loo quarters of an inch of rain to about an inch. and then as wera russian river at gurnville, it looks to stay well below flood stage as we go into thursday. so that is something that we'll continue to monitor. and then we'll see some off and on showers, still not catching

much of a break here. and looking at some showers throughout the week, it may not be widespread and steady, but we will have times for rain chances throughout the week. and mike, you have a couple reports coming in? >> yeah, they came in and cleared very quickly. chp says now the number is zero. we had a crash at berkeley curve but we did not see anything on live camera. and so everything has cleared including fairfield where i was watching the split there. over here, i'll turn around this way and point to the traffic coming into the area, mild slowing until north flynn and then no problem. look at that from brentwood, vascular road is moving very smoothly. highway 4 out of answer york and rio vista, across the bridge,he reopened both directions, flooding has cleared for now.

filed against the officers. officers claim that they fired after mistaking his phone for a gun. the family has filed a wrongful death suit against the city. and san francisco attorneys are reportedly responding to the new police union's effort to block a transparency law. that law took effect january 1 and it requires agencies to unseal certain personnel files tied to misconduct and police shooting. agency around the state oppose it. num r numerous lawsuits have been filed already. and the examiner obtained a comment from the city attorney's office saying in part our communities have a clear interest in reviewing records related to sustained finding of misconduct when they involve things like filing false reports or sexual harassment on a member of the public. the public also deserves transparency in situations where future of high speed person.et
