and creates new caps on class sizes. pe w5% raise. >> 4:36. new this morning dmv telling lawmakers to prepare for a summer surge as the public realize they need that real id by 2020. the dmv says it could be a major problem with 10% of drivers in the state receiving their real ids as of january 18. there's also fear of not meeting demand for those ids. the agency currently issues between 300 to 400,000 cars a month. expect the number to jump in the near future to 500 to 600,000. the new lines could become the norm as we approach the real id lucky personallecrene my licens yeah, i mean i guess i feel fortunate i don't have to wait until september to get that done. >> i think it's going to be a lot of pressure on the dmv.

martinez 61. peninsula, upper 50s, low 60s. 61 in san mateo. the city, upper 50s, low 60s. the north bay, sticking to mid-60s, low 60s for the most part. santa rosa at 65 degrees. comfortable, seasonal weather ahead. let's look at the next couple of days. the next two ud a, sun. any rain forming staying off to the north. the weekend, more sun and warmest temperatures are expected sunday into ringing those warm temperatures ahead. so let's look at the next seven days. you know which of those days will be the warmest. saturday, 66 degrees. again, we're going to start to notice an increase in cloud cover tonight and into tomorrow but don't worry it's going to be a mix of sun and clouds. by saturday and sunday for st. patrick's day, our temperatures will climb into the upper 60s, maybe even some low 70s in through san francisco with our warmest day expected to be on

monday. setting up right now is a possible system that now looks like the models are actually showing it moving in late tuesday into wednesday. so yesterday we saw that kind of creeping in on tuesday, now looking like it's going to be a system that's fog to move later on in the night. sunday for st. patrick's day, inland temperatures, 73. our warmest day will be on monday at 74 degrees. it's going to be a lovely weekend to enjoy the outdoors. mike, how are theothing major, . i do have a slowing that popped up. southern slowing for the peninsula, southbound 280 around page miller road. reports of a vehicle that went off the roadway and hit a tree on the side of the roadway. that was enough distraction to kick off some early slowing. it's now starting to sort itself out. people slow down. chp should be there in a second. we'll track that. so far that's the one section of southbound 280 that's slow. the rest of the bay looking

in 2015. this was in west oakland. in that case, jurors yesterday convicted the shooter on first degree murder and robbery charges. mcelhenney's grandson was 17 years old when he died. >> 4:50 right now. a murder suspect in the east bay right now waking up in jail this morning. the man that you see there on the left, that's rolando opinot. a family member taken into custody. he's accused of killing his roommate back in july. investigators have been looking for him every since. they tracked him down in oakland on monday. police disputing the report by aclu that it is giving information to i.c.e. database. according to mercury news, the department is among 80 named in part of a nationwide report. vigilant solutions makes automatic license plate leaders. that company's ties with i.c.e. we veerevealed city said
