explosions from a home there. >> bob redell is live at the scene in concord. bob, what have you been able to find out? >> reporter: we just spoke with the fire protection district, and they tell us this fire that burned this home here they believe it started in the garage and they're still trying to determine the explosions, either propane tank or ammuniti everybody who lives in this house was able to escape on their open. the fire never bent past one alarm, but unfortunately this house is a loss based on the extensive fire damage. they don't believe there was any suspicious about this fire.

they do believe it was accidental, they're just trying to determine the cause. it did start in the garage, and they did hear the explosions, whether they were the cause or the aftereffect they're still trying to find out. the homeowner does have a smoke alarm, that is what woke them up and got them out alive. one woman has burns to her hands and feet, but she is expect ed o be fine. a decision overnight that may pack a new punch for people scrambling for any type of housing.
