back toy. >> it looked like a watermain break there. thank you. the cause of last month's t ethiopian airline crash, they say everything was normal until the pilot could not keep it under control. they held a news conference talking about the preliminary box findings. 1 157 people tied after the max 8 jet took off. the pilot underwent all recommended procedures. they recommend boeing review the controllability of max 737 planes of the flight control system before the jets resume flying. a high powered bay area law firm is now leading the legal area against boeing and the recent ethiopian airline crash. they are suing on behalf of a

woman on that crash. she is also the knees of consumer activist ralph nader. the wrongful death lawsuit is supposed to be filed today in chicago against boeing. ethiopian airlines said it was an allegedly difkt part. -- defective part. they claim boeing rushed it to market. new details, police are saying a bizarre and twisted plot was concocted by this man. he was stopped before anyone ever got hurt. police say he raped at least half a dozen women and had a stun gun he tried to use on his first victim. today we explain his downfall. >> the attack happened five feet from my door. >> reporter: he says the sound he heard from his neighbor haunts him still especially was still in bed and i heard what i thought sound like geese migrating. it ended up being my neighbor

light rain on and off throughout the day. we go into tonight by 10:30, we see pockets of slightly heavier rain moving into the north bay, the radar filling in with heavy showers by late morning and early afternoon and then we'll see things gradually clearing out, heading into friday night and saturday. our rainfall totals are not looking as heavily as originally expected. we are looking at a half inch for the north bay and a quarter inch for the south bay and parts of the east bay and for the giants so home opener, i'm watching this forecast. yes, it looks like we will see scattered light rain moving through off and on. we will see if the timing of that first pitch i pitch gets moved. on saturday, a slight chance of rain. the rest of the forecast trying up, warming up. we will be in the mid to low 70s by early next week.
