from earlier this morning. now it looks like the marks will open slightly higher. yesterday the stocks finished higher. that's a reaction to last month's fed meeting which reaffirmed they will not raise interest rates this year and did leave room for a hike if necessary. the consumer news, yahoo has agreed to pay more than $117 million to12 that includes two years of free credit monitoring, this will replace a previous agreement rejected by a judge, if approved, it will be a largest payout topping the settlement in 2015 involving health insurer anthem. etlue announcing it starts service between boston and london in 2021. they are looking for options at all four airports. it's the busiest transatlantic market with the most premium market.

frmfr enemy, i guess. >> we are seeing a lot of clear skies across the bay area. also, france looking crisp and clear on this camera shot. the 7-day forecast for the south bay is coming up at the bottom of the screen. it will be cooler today. as you head out the door, still wind question and warmer temperatures if fairfield so that's keeping those temperatures up there. elsewhere, hav lighter winds and temperatures have continued to cool off. if you are headed out the door at the bart station, expect it to be 52 degrees and only reaching the lower 60s today as we see all those clouds rolling by. there will only be a couple spotty showers moving through. overall, most of the bay area stays dry, gust question winds, 67 degrees in santa rosa, also 67 if livermore and in san jose
