believed to be students a the that school. frighten students ranging from kindergarten to high school. the shooting happened not far from columbine just a month after the 20th anniversary there. we have the latest. >> reporter: students running for cover, swat teams and tactical team as reiffing within two minutes of the first 911 call surrounding the stem campus. >> there were a number of students shot and injured. >> reporter: shortly before 2:00 p.m., two armed students, one with a hand gun entered the school. when first responders arrived, authorities say shots were still being officers went in and we engaged the suspects. we did struggle to take them into custody and they are in custody right now. >> as the school was sheriff's

discussing whether to hold barr under contempt of congress. the doj threatening executive privilege. tracie potts joins us to break it down. it appears the contempt vote is still on for today. >> reporter: it is still on and the first step for answers to try to hold the attorney general of the united states in contempt of congress for not providing that full, unredacted mueller report. there is a lot of back and forth over this. first the letter that hit capitol hill late in the evening from the justice department. that letter claiming they would exert executive privilege would be compelled to request the president to evoke it over the entire mueller report and underlying evidence if democrats did not cancel this hearing today. that is not going to happen. take a look at the response from

the democratic chair saying the white house waved these privileges long ago. this kind of obstruction is dangerous. we heard from doug collins saying it is illogical that democrats would not look at the latest version but then want to hold the attorney general in contempt for not providing a fuller version. bottom line that vote is still set to happen today with democrats wanting to hold the attorney general in contempt and republicans saying this whole thing needs to be over. >> tracie potts, thank you. if you rely on uber or lyft to get to work, there will be some big problems on your morning commute today. drivers in more than a dozen cities are planning to strike. in the northeast, they are planning to strike from 7:00 to 9:00 in the morning and longer in other cities. more details on what those drivers want. >> reporter: for passengers who

intensified dramatically. as you mentioned, u.s. warships and bombers fast approaching iran's shores and iran becoming increasingly impatient with the nuclear deal. now president rouhani said this morning iran will begin keeping its excess uranium and heavy water from its nuclear program. under the terms of the jcpoa, the nuclear deal, iran had agreed to ship out all that material. now this is the first step in a series of measures iran is taking to roll back its commitments to the nuclear deal. hassan rouhani said he's setting a 60-day deadline for the remaining signatures to imen to protect rupp's oil and banking sector from u.s. sanctions. if they can't iran will resume high-level enrichment of uranium. if iran does do that, the deal for all intents and purposes will be dead. so we have a very important 60 days in front of us.
