marcus. yeah, we have seen a lot of reaction and discussion leading up to the big announcement for uber. the ipo will be announced in a couple of hours. we are getting more information in the past 24 hours. i will give you details on where things stand lead to go today's ipo. uber is expected to be priced 45 bucks per share. that is lower between the targeted range of $44 to $50 per share. the market value is still at $82 billion, fiveim more than the closest competitor list. some did take part in a strike by logging off the app for 12 hours. they were calling for better wages and transparency. and shares protections.

berkeley police continue to investigate martin luther junior middle school after someone called to report a man with a gun yesterday. that report came a little after school ended. they never found the man described in the report, who may have been someone's parent or caregiver. five people in custody after luring tinder users to areas and then robbing them. they used fake accounts to kweupbts people to show up at a park and then robbed them. if you ride bart and think there is fewer people on your commute, you're not imagining things. this is also maybe the thing that impacts the bottom line. for the second year in a row, less people are getting on board. ing 5.4%.
