moore, oklahoma, in 2013, killing 24 rhonda crosswhite was a teacher there. she protected students on that terrifying day schools there closed, but she's still worried as the storm approaches. >> the anxiety is the unknown, you know what if i'm hit? what if i'm not, but what if someone that i love is also hit? >> reporter: emergency officials are encouraging residents who have underground storm shelters like this to make sure that they have food and water pre-positioned because when a tornado hits, it can often dump debris on the door, making it too heavy to get out, meaning that you won't get out until family or friends come to the rescue frances? >> kerry sanders for us, thank you. president trump adding another brick to his stonewall campaign against congress. the president directed former white house counsel don mcgahn to defy a subpoena ordering him to testify today before the house judiciary.

in this game of brinksmanship as iran seems to be digging in deeper every day now, yesterday we heard from an initial at the nuclear facility that they have increased by fourfold the rate of enrichment of low-enriched uranium, and that came just weeks after iran said that it was rolling back some of its commitments under the nuclear deal now, under the terms of the jcpoa, known as the iran nuclear deal, tehran was allowed to produce a maximum of 300 kilograms of low-enriched uranium. any excess was supposed to be shipped out of the country now they're saying that cap no longer applies because the united states withdrew from the deal, and iran is not seeing any benefits from abiding by it. now, the surprise we'pplies we'g about are not weapons grade uranium. however it does put iran on a slippery slope as they drift further and further away from

it includes much of northern arkansas from little rock to st. louis with that enhanced risk isolated tornadoes today, wind damage and hail and goes all the way back up through kansas and even includes areas around tyler, texas, to shreveport. if there's life-threatening weather going on right now, it's happening between oklahoma city and tulsa. in tulsa, we've had a flash flood emergency in place overnight, water rescues, water in homes we know damage is being done that continues into areas of missouri and even in abilene, texas. we're notso dning, one of the we've ever had there on record other areas still very warm in the south. this is the additional rainfall forecast too more problems ahead, especially in missouri. >> bill, thank you in today's quick hits, sesame street is continuing to showcase different types of

still the usda is urging people to throw out or return those items. a federal judge has ruled that the popular retailers walmart, target, and bed bath & beyond must face a lawsuit claiming they sold falsely labeled egyptian cotton. on monday the judge said consumers may pursue breach of warranty and negligent misrepresentation claims against the retailers. the complaint accused them of selling well spun's egyptian cotton for several years knowing the cotton was mislabeled. target severed ties with the company in 2016 and walmart and bed bath & beyond stopped selling the linens that same year. watch out. the new york state senate has introduced a bill to ban texting while walking through a crosswalk. the new senate bill to tighten so-called distracted walking laws would make the act punishable by a fine of between $25 and $50 for a first-time offense. but repeat offenders could be fined up to $250 according to the bill, failure to keep an eye on your surroundings has resulted in a steep climb in pedestrian deaths
