the car now, get out of the car and then that car, the lady in the car, she drove off onto the sidewalk as she was trying to get away. she pinned a man that was walking. >> she hit a pedestrian, two cars, scaffolding and took down eddie. officers followed on foot. >> i saw the police, they were running by. >> reporter: people who work along eddie state say it was a chaotic scene. two cars away, the car hit another pedestrian as he crossed the street. an 80-year-old man. you can see she enters the crosswalk, no brake lights on the car. police say he had life-threatening injuries are. the driver hit four more cars at three additional locations before finally strong at 6th and clara. police arrested the woman and tooker to hospital to be treated for injuries.
