freedom knows that. now, here's the lawsuit that was filed earlier this month. the mother mallory harcourt she lives in santa barbara. she claims it happened last december after she and her 2-year-old son returned home from getting groceries. she says she put her model x in park, took her son inside to change his diaper. he hopped in the driver's seat, harcourt 8 months pregnant at the time says she crossed in front of the suv to retrieve her son, the model x accelerated, lifting her off her feet and pinned her against the garage ball. the impact broke her leg and pelvis and forced her into premature labor. they claim tesla should have a system that prevents acceleration with the go wing doors opened, better software to prevent unintended acceleration.
