smoothly. back to you. >> developing for you right now. an 18-year-old boy is one of three people shot after 81 fire erupts at a youth soccer field. >> it happened in santa rosa. the 20-year-old victim was critically injured. police say the boy and a man will su people's soccer games were going on at the time. a leak representative says one coach was shot. >> what i heard from the coaches that just got shot, it was they were there waiting for them. there was a car that drove by. one of, two of the people waiting there started saying some stuff. the car comes around, the guy gets out of the tar and just starts shooting. >> police say the shooting is gang related. ali wolf is following the developments fours, she'll join us in our 5:00 hour.

happening today the defendants in the ghostship warehouse trial are expected to ask to dismiss the charges. they each face 36 swounts counts of involuntary manslaughter. the attorney claims the prosecution did not prove he was responsible for making necessary safety upgrades. he also says harris' attorney will make a similar request today. campbell police are on the look outfor a peeping tom. security cameras caught this man trying to look into the home before the family inside had gone to sleep. we spoke with the homeowner. they say their family is still rattled. >> reporter: early saturday morning, the family found this man spying into the window. >> my husband is still awake. he's doing the home theater. then he saw this guy was outside my daughter's room watching out the window. >> the girl's mother agreed to tuque to us if we didn't reveal
