authorities in the dominican republic are still tight-lipped about a motive but in his adopted city of boston, for the man they called big papi, the focus is on his recovery overnight, a new arrest in the ambush style attack on former red sox star david ortiz according to the associated press, a spokeswoman for the national prosecutor's office in the dominican republic says a second man has been arrested in the case nbc news has not independently verified that. another suspect beaten by a crowd after the shooting is identified as eddie vladimir lou iz garcia. authorities bringing him to court last night under heavy guard, calling him an accomplice to the crime and charging him with attempted murder. his attorney says at this point, he's presumed innocent meanwhile, this morning, boston's beloved big papi is on the mend a spokesperson says david ortiz took his first steps tuesday at massachusetts general hospital families speaking out for the

good morning to you. it's 8:26. i'm chris sanchez. a decision this morning in mountain view after a marathon debate that lasted nearly eight hours, the issue whether or not to ban rvs from parking on city streets. at 3:30 this morning council members voted to support a parking van during overnight hours from 2:00 in the morning until 6:00 in the morning. this got heated at times. dozens showed up to express their opposition to the plan. and they also wanted to create a safe parking area for rvs but in the end, the issue did not get resolved in that area. let's check the traffic. >> we have an issue right now, the freeways throughout the south bay holding steady for the
