laura garcia. it is going to get hot again. >> we can enjoy the weekend with the cooler weather next week as we head back to work and maybe have air-conditioning at work. you will feel hotter temperatures once again. here's a look at the way we start out in san jose. if you're on your way out the door, low 60s. it will be a cloudy and our temperatures stay mild. upper 70s in the south bay. low 80s for warmer spots inland. in san francisco, staying in the 60s. we'll talk about what else is going on coming up. mike, you're tracking the concern for the pay bridge commute. >> i am. looking at the bay bridge. backup in the toll plaza. phraoerting lights turned on at 5:30 or just after that. fastrak lanes are providing some benefit over the cash lanes. h.o.v. there we go. we have some computers in carpool. that's what you need to get out of the backup. that's the only place with the backup. i am concerned about this just off the bay bridge.

a sheriff's deputy. the executive eventually finds a way onto the court to celebrate after the big win last ni court but didn't have the properly credentials. the sheriff's office said this could be a misdemeanor battery for those actions. we reached out for comment. we will let you know when we hear about. back to game three of the nba finals. we have that video of warriors minority owner mark steve else. actions resulting in a ban from the nba for a year and $500,000 fine. as for the game, the injuries stacked up for the warriors during the postseason. we will talk more about that in the next half hour. live in oakland, pete suratos

assange's u.s. extradition hearing. it will happen in february. he is accused by the u.s. of conspire to go break into a pentagon computer system. he is being held in london after skipping bail and fleeing to the ecuadorian embassy. assange is wanted for questioning in a sexual assault investigation. and if you're planning to take uber this weekend, make sure you get into the right car. enough lawsuit claims that the rideshare company is not controlling its decals. the attorney says a woman on the peninsula got into what she thought was her ride. a lawyer says a man posing as the driver then sexual assaulted his client. he adds uber deactivated the driver after a different woman complained about it but said uber did note his decal away. here's the lawyer >> a terrible system with respect to their decals. at any given time 10,000 cars driving around the bay area with uber decals and no

office executive and alameda sheriff's deputy. you can see people breaking them up. they celebrate after the big victory last night. the sheriff's office said the executive apparently didn't have the proper credentials to get on the court which led to a shoving match between the cod be a misd raptors executive. it will go to the d.a.'s office for a final decision. we are still awaiting comment at this time. a huge blow in the third quarter when klay thompson went down with injury. you see him clutching his knee there after a dunk attempt in the third quarter. he did indeed tear an acl. he could be out for quite some time, well into next season. he shot two free throws after

morning. late last night, senate lawmakers approved the $215 billion deal. the aging california 911 system will see an upgrade. it will help the middleclass pay their health insurance premiums. lawmakers plan to pay for it by imposing new monthly fees on phone bills and taxing people who refuse to purchase health insurance. it increases spending for public education, housing and programs to fight homelessness. lawmakers must still approve a dozen other bills for the budget to become law. and a new california law is literally the cat's meow. you are able to adopt kittens under 8 weeks old at animal shelters. it waves a mandatory six-day waiting period required. advocates hope it will ease the adoption process and prevent kittens from picking up illne

thousands of people to show up at the juneteenth festival. it's always a lot of fun there. it will happen from noon to 7:00 p.m. at phruz de cesar chavez saturday. the headliner is grammy award-winning singer faith evans. there will be a lot of fun for kids as well. activities. s.t.e.m. program, it is the oldest commemoration of slavery in the u.s. i had fun. there is me again. i had a lot of fun. that's what you're going to do. dance all to the fun.

palo alto, high of 76. 84 in antioch. napa, 79. it will be quite warm in ukiah. san francisco will keep the cool breeze, 64 degrees. after we hit 64, it will continue to cool off. going to the giants game tonight, first pitch at 7:15. it will only be at about 58 degrees. bundle up, take your hoodie and dress in warm layers. the a's game. expect a lot of traffic, too. they both will have fireworks after the game tonight. it's also going to be in the upper 50s there with brisk onshore winds. that's helping to keep it cooler as we go into today. wind speeds 15 to 20 miles per hour. that keeps up through tomorrow as well. low 80s for some of our warmer spots.
