thieves drove off with the atm and the stolen car and the pried open atm were found about a block away a short time after. it is unclear how much money was stolen. a lot of people tonight gathering to remember the two men killed at that ford dealership at morgan hill. tonight was not just about honoring the men but healing the community. tom jensen is joining us in morgan hill where the memorial just wrapped up. >> reporter: raj, it is just wrapping up. of course, the organizers say it is important. people will never forget the victims but also important to have this vigil tonight everyn e though it is so close the time it happens. many people could start leaving as early as tomorrow and a few hundred people did turn out tonight for this event. some of them are still here. some of them also says coming together is incredibly important

bills and they only accepted btc form of payment. >> reporter: what was actually going on here? we figured it out. the scammer hacked a bank account in detroit. that's where the money he sent to tamika came from, he transferred that money from there to her in texas. she's been hired all right as as mule. her bank flagged the transfer and put her on notice. >> this is a scam. we are freeziing your account indefinitely. wait a minute, this is not a scam. i am doing the job here. >> reporter: the bank recalled the transfer to return the money to its rightful owner to detroit. the cash was already gone. tamika converted to boyit coin d transferred it to the scammer. she's on the hook for the 12 grand. >> a whole lot of money that yo f to pay. >> reporter: we asked the bank or the operator if there is

a sacramento police officer was killed in the line of duty was laid to rest today. thousands gathered at the bay side in roseville to honor the life of officer sullivan. she was killed last week during a domestic disturbance call. >> she was one of those rare people that devoured life, doing so well somehow maintaining strength and kindness. thank you for your selfless service to all of us. rest in peace. we got it from here. >> 26-year-old sullivan was a first sacramento police officer killed in the line of duty in 20 years. they robbed the armor truck carrying the money to the bank.

what caused that bart train break down that left hundreds of passengers through the subway tunnel in oakland. >> bart says there is a problem of the so-called fleet of the future. >> i apologize that barlet let e people down. >> reporter: passengers were stranded in the dark by monday's break down in the open tunnel. this cell phone video shows how 400 riders had to walk out. the train had been crippled for 90 minutes. >> reporter: passengers came out here, our investigation shows that bart knows that two air

70s and we are seeing a few 80s popping up around santa rosa. not a lot of change. we see the propping pattern up the west coast. that's going to keep high pressure in check. not much change. we'll see temperatures coming up into the low 80s. the best chance of summer-like temperatures, you may have to wait a week. that's 4th of july. this time next thursday, high pressure starts to biuild back in. there is a best chance of finding upper 60s and closer to 70s. you may have to wait until 4th of july of the way things shape up for the seven-day forecast. tomorrow, breezy and a cloudy start. now that 4th of july forecast is also on the board. that looks to be the warmest day of all those barbecue plans outdoors. >> we'll be asking you about the fog situation.
