and vibe for the film "hobbs & shaw." - aloe is an artist and a songwriter himself, so all of these sort of catchphrases that are great for a movie like this... - yeah. - he's gonna have to find the deeper meaning. in the song "same blood," in the melody, there's something that tells you there's more there. do you mind getting personal? boy--he's five years old-- e who's fighting cancer, a so i remember on the day that he's getting this bone marrow transplant, i walked into the hospital room, and, like, literally, the lyrics of the song that i wrote are plastered all over the wall. and this little boy named creed is in the bed, and i said, "i heard that you might know a song that i know." and his eyes lit up, and we-- i just got down, and we sang the song together. and i met his mom that day. she was kind of going through that cancer journey as a single mom. a year and eight months later, he passes away and... she goes into the hardest journey of her life.

and i chose her. i'm like, "you're same blood. i'm not going anywhere." and we just celebrated five years of marriage. - well, steve... "five-year-old son fighting c "and, uh, a song that you've written is his favorite song. would you sing it with him and surprise him?" and i walked in-- and his name's creed-- and i said, "man, can we sing that song together?" he was like, "yeah." so we sang it. and i met his mom. we hit it off and began dating. after that, creed died. um... - wow. - and, um, we ended up choosing each other and falling in love and just celebrated five years of marriage. and i know creed's looking down, pumped about this whole thing. - wow. - that's a beautiful story.
