to stand up for them at the table. >> reporter: the nation's largest automaker now brought to a standstill dan schenamen, nbc news. supreme court justice brett kavanaugh facing new scrutiny this morning over allegations of sexual misconduct from his time at yale. nbc news has confirmed there was another alleged incident reported to the fbi last year but that it was not investigated now several democratic presidential candidates are calling for his removal from the bench. nbc's tracie potts joins us from d.c. with the latest tracie, good morning. >> gigi, good morning. kavanaugh isn't talking about this president trump is he's defending cavanaugh the book that brought it to light is coming out this week. the book summarized in an op-ed says kavanaugh exposed himself to the woman 30 years ago.
