quickly and going into tomorrow, it's breezy and cool. it's going to be really pleasant. we also have some nice weather on ay. but then going into the weekend t will start to heat up, but it looks like there could be a system dropping in early next week that will bring down the cooler temperatures, but it's going to take a while before it gets here, so here's a look at our temperatures, reaching into the upper 70s today. we're going back to summer this weekend, with some 90s and that continues into early next week. mike, you're updating that crash in fremont? >> that's right, involved a big rig and there were flares out, the big rig has just been cleared in the last few minutes. south 880 coming down toward the truck scales and tesla, back up between stephenson and auto mall parkway. the flares may be in the last stages of burning out but i don't see any slowing on the sensors. slowing on the peninsula side of the dumbarton bridge, payfront expressway, marsh, willow, is where the construction crews typically are. we see a smooth drive other than that. both directions with slowing as

you pass by warren and basically seminary avenue, where the crash blocks your fast lane over on the center divide so it's likely a distraction as folks come away from the bay bridge. thereeway is open, there may be traffic breaks as there's a lot of debris in that westbound commute direction from an earlier crash still blocking the fast lane. a crash west 80 at powell approaching the bay bridge but everything should have been cleared to the shoulder in the last couple of seconds and the bay bridge we're just starting to see a smattering of traffic and looks like there's a stall there, because that's little far back to give folks space in the fastrak lanes. i hope that person wasn't checking your phone. don't check your phone. back to you. >> good advice. airbnb wants to help people in the bay area and los angeles county find affordable housing. it's investing $25 million to help low and moderate income families buy or rent places to
