"the times" saying weinstein wouldn't admit any wrongdoing and he wouldn't pay any accusers but insurance companies for his former stuth filed for bankruptcy would make the payout. >> he would be able to basically walk away from those cases without paying any of his own money to those victims. >> reporter: a quarter of the
