withdrawing from that deal completely however, the deal was still there. it was just between iran and other countries like china, russia, and the european union however, now, following the death of soleimani, iran feels like it no longer needs to live up to any of its agreements with those partners in the deal meanwhile in iraq, the parliament has voted on a provalgan agreement. the u.s. military has provided a stabilizing force, supporting the iraqi military in its efforts to combat isis however, it was always the ambition of iran to get the u.s. military to leave developments coming out of the
