and tonight the l.a. lakers are set to play the first home game since the death of kobe bryant. resale ticket prices for the game surging online with some selling more than $11,000. last night the wizards paid tribute to bryant with a video and some of the players wearing kobe's shoes in his honor. the clippers also honored bryant during their game against the kings. kobe died tragically on sunday in a helicopter crash with his 13-year-old daughter and sen others. the long beach helicopter company is suspending if the meantime and they are now requiring a terrain alarm system. and ahead of the wildfire season, the most powerful utility regulator is stepping up efforts to limit pga planned blackouts. according to "the chronicle" the california public utilities
