4:54 for you that morning. dmv offices are closed around the state right now. >> which is making it tough for a lot of people who had to renew their license. do they have to or can they let it expire? let's check in with chris chmura. >> reporter: good morning. the dmv still expects you to renew your driver's license on time. most of us can do that online, but not everyone falls into that category. tom in mountain view told us he's one of those exceptions. he's older than 70, so he's required to renew in person. so tom asks, what do i have to do? the answer is nothing right now. the dmv told us they are giving drivers older than 70 an extra 120 days to renew. if that's you, expect a letter in the mail from the dmv. if you're younger than 70 and
