tonight 8:00 to 6:00 a.m. tomorrow one northbound and southbound lane will be open. >> entertainment company in vallejo is making some changes. it's putting smiles on a lot of people's faces. performers are being booked for drive-by birthday parades and special visits from six feet away. bombshell entertainment service says the pandemic wiped out its typical events for the year and is focused on lawn visits for just about any occasion you can think of. it is actually a new day with most of the bay area entering phase two of the reopening plan. we'll have a live report on what is opening where all next.

scattered showers moving it is a wet one. through. make sure you keep that umbrella how long is the rain coming down and how long will that linger? somewhere close by today. we're going to see more waves of well, we saw some heavier this rain coming through as we go into today. rain earlier this morning but now the rain for the most part has moved off to the east and more on the forecast coming up. we're just seeing some light, happening today three more spotty showers left behind. bay area counties ease a lot of our microclimates are restrictions and enter into phase two of the reopening plan. seeing breaks in the clouds and that is what we will see as we take a look at this map. go into today with a chance of those counties in yellow, marin, some hit-or-miss showers that san francisco and san mateo are will continue so i'll be following in line with sonoma, watching out for this and i'll napa and solano counties. also talk about what's ahead as our rain chances continue for they're already in phase two. the next about 36 hours. contra costa and alameda counties are expected to move more on that in the forecast coming up in a few minutes. into phase two some time this >> thanks, kari. week. there are now 1.5 million moving to phase two this week is confirmed coronavirus cases. santa clara county. leaders say they have no plans and more than 90,000 deaths. of easing restrictions. that's because they say some key indicators like increased testing still need to happen.
