are out. southbound almaden expressway. the live look shows it's still closed getting away from highway 85 and the almaden valley. the investigation will continue, but we don't have a lot of details from san jose pd. we know there's a closure there and you can get off around redmond or down to camden avenue which will get you back to highway 85 and, again, away from highway 85. the rest of the bay moves smoothly. laura, we'll check the rest of your traffic as it builds. thank you very much, mike. at 5:02 breaking news this morning. north korea destroys an inter-korean liaison office raising tensions between the communist regime and south korea. this is just released video that we have of the explosion. the office is located in north korea near the demilitarized zone. it was opened two years ago to facilitate communication between the two countries.

reach 83 degrees in san francisco in the upper 70s. did you see these clouds yesterday? really interesting to see all of the pictures that were out on social media. this was taken by our executive producer and he saw these clouds over brentwood yesterday and snapped them. i posted a link to that on my facebook page @karihallweather. what are these clouds? we have stratus above and some lenticular clouds, something we don't often see here in the bay area. those winds aloft were rushing so fast yesterday at about 70 miles per hour we could see tha those layered clouds that are stacked up in the atmosphere so really interesting to see that yesterday. if you snapped some pictures send them to me. i'm @karihallweather on media. it's going to heat up here the

state and fbi agents are investigating the recent deaths of these two black men in southern california. earlier this month the bodies of robert fuller and malcolm harsh were found hanging from trees in two public places ten days and 50 miles apart, one in l.a. county andardino county. originally the sheriff's office ruled fuller's death a suicide but outrage forcing investigators to take a second look at both cases. the lapd now says it spent more than $40 million in overtime handling the protests following george floyd's death. that is according to the "l.a. times." any of the ot earned past june 7th will be compensated in time off because the department

could lowering the age of voting in san francisco, voters defeated the measure to allow teenagers ages 16 and 17 to vote.
