schools. it comes at 10:00 a.m. as more bay area districts are nailing down plans. students in san jose and pleasanton all started with distance learning and reevaluating when cases go down. starting today, rite aid opens up for a new drive-through testing site. two in antioch and one in vallejo and another in napa. so the self-swab tests are monitored by farmepharmacists a everyone 18 and older are allowed and should register online. a large outbreak at the fremont facility. a look at that plant live this morning. citing an internal data leak showing more than 130 tesla employees have tested positive and 10 exposed to the virus.

some accused the automaker of punishing workers and voiced concerns about getting infected and also the alameda county health department. the deaths of two more inmates at san quentin brings the total to 12. this is tied to a massive outbreak at the prison. two latest deaths just yesterday. one of those persons on death row. death row inmate. the other has not been identified. in total, the prison has had more than 2,000 confirmed cases, including 1,200 that are now active. we have new details this morning. the city of vallejo is asking outside agencies to investigate the destruction of evidence in a controversial police shooting. on june 2nd, a vallejo police officer shot and killed sean monterossa. the officer fired from a police

truck through the windshield which they since repaired and put back into service. the evidence has been destroyed. they're calling for the da or fbi to investigate. the attorney general's office declined one request to look at that case. san francisco police will soon display support for black lives matter in every station and substation. the police commission approved last night and it requires the department to put up a large black lives matter signs in each station within the next 30 days and a move that blawill help members of the community feel safe. >> opens up an opportunity for someone who looks like me to feel like perhaps they're going to be understood, not prejudged. >> the san francisco police officers association opposes the idea. a law firm representing the organization says in part that while the commission supports the notion that all black and

i'm glad you're here. what's the day going to bring for us? >> thank you, i appreciate it. well, you know, we'll see kind of a little more of a seasonal pattern, yet againagain. that marine layer throughout the coastline and look at the view of san francisco and little view of walnut creek and we have the cloud cover there and we are going to be noticing the temperatures, as well, heading into the afternoon. so, let's talk about the timing of the fog, how long it will stick around and push this timeline all the way to about 11:00. starts to back off a little bit off the santa cruz area and san francisco still expected to see some areas and our temperatures start to warm up. high of 86 degrees in san jose and 87 in concord and san francisco in the 60s and then we are talking about those hazy skies because we've got a fire burning near fresno county. they have issued an air quality advisory. just be mindful that yesterday

people were talking about that orange glow in the sky and very possible today which is why the air quality advisory in place and santa clara county dealing with moderate quality. over the next seven days not out of the question to see seasonable patterns with the morning low clouds and morning night clouds. so, keep that in mind as we head into the weekend. we'll warm up by just a few degrees to about mid 90s by saturday and sunday and then san francisco we woke up to fog and likely going to wake up to that fog yet again tomorrow. mike? >> all right, vianey. the fog was not the problem for the san mateo bridge but the fog that blocked the connector to southbound 101. we look at the map and happy to report all lanes are cleared and west into san mateo is fine and connector reopen and the traffi there. what i did notice counter commute eastbound over the last ten minutes starting to clear up
