president trump will unveil his plan to detail the initiative which will send federal law enforcement agencies to work with localn curbing crime. tell ua sustained and coordinated effort among all federal agencies to send agents into cities to dole with what's being described as a sudden surge of violent crime. it's named after a four-year-old who was shot and killed in his kansas city apartment. this happened in late june and while it's supposed to target violent crime there is some concern that president trump and the administration could use these federal agents to deal with demonstrations around the country. >> you have legend who lost his life out at kansas city and at least in missouri you had a governor who came and said hey, i want federal help to make sure
