good morning. 8:26. i'm marcus washington. a live look right now at the skies across the bay area. all the smoke and ash from the wildfires won't seem to go away any time soon. today recording a 29th record straight spare the air day. already another alert call for tomorrow. meteorologist kari hall has been tracking the air levels. any sense of when we may be able to breathe easier out there? >> well, it looks like it will be toward the end of the week. as of right now, still unhealthy especially in the east bay. we've seen improvements in parts of the north bay. as we go through this forecast, it's still going to be unhealthy today and then as we go into tomorrow, it's moderate. we can see the progress here. yellow censors indicating unhealthy for sensitive groups and that may be what we'll see. we get a stronger westerly wind. that will also bring in slightly cooler temperatures for our inland areas. possibly even some rain for the pacific northwest. for uwe're still looking at a
