video showed him kneeling on george floyd's neck. he is due back in court in march of next year responding to the news of chauvin's release, demonstrators, once again, took to the streets of minneapolis. and ben crump, an attorney for george floyd's family says in a statement, this is a painful reminder that the family has not achieved justice for george. six weeks after a police shooting that left him paralyzed, jacob blake has been discharged from the hospital, and is undergoing treatment at a rehabilitation clinic in illinois blake was shot in the back seven times on august 23rd, after walking away from officers who were trying to arrest him. the kenosha district attorney is waiting for a report from an outside expert before deciding on whether to charge the officers looking a weather, now hurricane delta delivered a powerful punch to mexico and now, there are concerns that this storm is going to regain strength as it reaches the gulf coast. nbc meteorologist janessa webb is tracking delta's path janessa, good morning. >> and good morning. good morning, everyone it has started to gain strength, once again

now, a category 2 storm. and look how large hurricane delta currently is it stands arouexpands around 60d and it is aiming toward southwest louisiana, once again. so, just six weeks ago, we were talking about hurricane laura. and it looks like the recent track is headed that way there is a west-northwest movement to about 17 miles per hour just in the last few hours we've seen it gain strength. look at those sustained winds up to 100 miles per hour. the latest track from the national hurricane center says this storm system regains more strength into a major hurricane, by later on, tonight and then, we'll look into a landfall across cameron, loto the west. and we'll continue to watch this storm system make its way into
