san francisco as we reach into the upper 70s today. and as we go into tomorrow an offshore wind develops and it's going to heat up all of the bay area. we're looking at what will be most likely fire weather watch turning to a red flag warning going into tomorrow morning especially for our bay area hills. all of these areas shaded in orange will be included in that fire weather watch where we could have some high winds and low humidity. so now is the time to get ready for that. be ready to leave and make sure you have your emergency kit ready to go. make sure you have all of your important papers, your food and medication and know how to open your garage in case you don't have any power. you may be in an area in a psps the next couple of days. we have a lot of dry weather to wear a mask out in public around other people. while the storm track stays to the north of us. sure it'll keep you healthy. meantime these northerly to but more importantly, northwesterly winds that will i won't have to see your happy smiling face. ugh. start to increase tomorrow during the afternoon. and if you don't want to wear a mask, we're looking at wind speeds 15 i've just got one thing to tell you. to 20 miles an hour but may gust scram, go away. ugh.

fire. as you mentioned that fire watch set to begin wednesday and ends as early as friday. but for some folks here they're prepping for the worst. pg&e doing the same, discussing de-energizing lines in as many as 21 counties including alameda, sonoma, san mateo and santa clara counties impacting as many as 50,000 customers. now customers that are impacted will receive notifications starting today with a text, a phone call or an email. now pg&e is wanting to have this wrapped up 12 daylight hours after the inclement weather. folks prepping for the unknown. we're live, cierra johnson live for "today in the bay." >> so that fire danger remains high because the temperatures are high, aren't they, kari? yes, and the temperatures go up along with the winds especially in the higher elevations and so for people who will be affected by the psps,
