book which help people very, very much. the golden rules i have for cakes. you have to get everything laid out in front of before you start making a cake so you don't find yourself without something, baking powder or soda or whatever you need. you also want to make sure that oven temperature is correct. use a thermometer. you want very much to always bake your cakes in the center of the oven or wherever the recipe tells you. baking is an exact science you can't kind of fudge here and there. oh, i'm going to leave out the milk you can't do it. as we have perfected the recipes, we worked on them so hard and long. the cakes really work. they're really fun even children can do them. this zebra cake, for example this is the zebra cake right here it's so impressive yet, my ex-son-in-law's children presented me with a slice of zebra cake they made themselves. i think they were 10 and 11. the way you get that gorgeous zebra effect in a butter and floured pan. you put a quarter of a cup of the white batter in the center, and a quarter of a cup of the chocolate batter in the center on top of the white batter and you keep doing that until you use all of the batter, and then

you bake all of the batters and each latier is going e ieiee iio be zebra layered. miraculously and so much fun to see that happen h want to try it, carson? >> yeah. you don't have to use a tooth pick >> no. you don't. hook how it is layering. can you see that >> yeah, we can see it >> that would be fun for kids. >> it's so much fun. and they just think it's magic so that's the zebra cake and then covered with a really rich chocolate butter cream yummy icing. that's what it looks like as a real cake. it's really good but even better, this one is the mile high caramel chocolate cake and the secret for this is really thin layers and then thick delicious caramel that you make in between each layer >> oh, my gosh. six or seven layers of cake, whatever works out for you and this spreads by itself when you let it sit for a minute.
