as you said, we now have that hour long phone call the recording of it happened on saturday between president trump, his chief of staff, other advisers and the georgia secretary of state and his general counsel talking about that state's election results which, as you know, have been counted three times. listen to what the president has to say for an hour on this phone call he pressures brad raffensperger to change the results. >> the people of georgia are angry. the people in the country are angry and there's nothing wrong with saying that, you know, that you've recalculated. so look, all i want to do is this i just want to find 11,780 votes, which is one more than we have, because we won the state they're going around playing you and laughing at you behind your back, brad, whether you know it or not, they're laughing at you.

espionage act. nbc's matt bradley joins us from paris with those details matt, good morning >> reporter: good morning, frances. so this is the big day and really what this means is this judge, it's important to lay out exactly what this judge is doing. she's going to be determining whether or not julian assange's crimes or alleged crimes rise to the level where they could be prosecuted in brittain had he committed them in brittain those are the terms of an extradition deal between the u.s. and the u.k important to note here, this judge will not be determining whether or not julian assange is actually guilty but whether or not he meets -- or his alleged crimes rise to the level where they would face a trial. that's going to be determined today. even after that, this is not going to be done and dusted. this is going to then go, if the judge decides in favor of extradition, it will be kicked up to the home secretary in brittain to have the final word
