orthopedic injuries. he underwent surgery for his lower right leg and his foot had to have pins put in. los angeles sheriff's deputies got a call a car had rolled over. when they arrived, the was trapped inside it. took tools to get him out. the sheriff had a play-by-play >> no skid marks, no braking apparently the first contact was with the center median, went into opposing traffic, hit the curb, a tree and a rollover was subsequent there was no signs of imparty so no effort to draw blood at the hospital. >> deputies do say speed could

ahmaud arbery. one year after his death she's filed a civil lawsuit, not only against the three men charged in the murder but she's names 11 glenn county police officers, the former chief, glenn county, and loi wng two d.a.s who have recused themselves from the trial. the crux of it is she is alleging there was a coverup that the officers and d.a.s all covered up arbery's murder she's also filing libel against one of the district attorneys and she said one of the officers lied to her when she asked about his death, saying he was caught breaking into a house. when i spoke with ahmaud's mother leading up to the anniversary, she told me how difficult it was to move on. she says it's something that replays inner h mind every single day but, frances, she said everything she's been through
