price tag? >> well, there's a lot invested in transportation, but even more than that, the president broke it down in this speech in pittsburgh where he talked about this being a big and bold investment take a look. there's billions of dollars in this infrastructure plan for the physical infrastructure of america. the things we're used to talking about. roads and bridges, even electric cars and more for things that we use in our homes the power grid and broadband access there's money for manufacturing, training, research, development and even $400 billion to care for older and disabled americans. the total price tag? over $2.2 trillion in new spending that the president wants to pay for by raising the corporate tax rate to 28%. higher than it is now. lower than it had been before that on capitol hill, there's already debate about not only how to pay for it but what's in this

victims was a child. authorities are still working to learn more about the types of businesses at this office park and what the relationship might be between the victims and the shooter. two people were taken to the hospital in critical condition, including one suspect. police say there is no further threat to the public and several agencies are now helping in the investigation. the los angeles county sheriff's department says it knows what caused the crash that seriously injured golf legend tiger woods. but it's not releasing the details citing unspecified privacy concerns for the golfer. the department says investigators need permission from woods the crash happened last month. woods' suv drove off the road, rolling multiple times and landing in a ravine. he suffered severe fractions to his right leg, foot and ankle. we're learning new details about the man accused of that brutal attack on an elderly asian woman in new york city 38-year-old brandon elliott was already on lifetime parole for killing his own mother elliott fatally stabbed her back
