trying to bolster the nation's cyber security after that wave of crippling ransomeware attacks. the president has vowed to address the attacks during hi summit with putin next week. tracie potts joins us with the latest from d.c. tracie, good morning what is the government doing to try to stop these attacks? >> well, phillip, a couple of things the white house has issued a warning to companies that they need to prepare and have a response ready in case of a ransomeware attack the justice department is ramping up howthey prosecute these attacks and urging companies to report them but that's not required. lawmakers on capitol hill are considering a federal law that would require companies to report to the government when they face these ransomeware attacks and would also set international standards and some transparency >> you really have to treat russia like it's virtually a
