president biden's busy overseas schedule all leading up to a face-to-face confrontation with russia's vladimir putin the two leaders set to meet wednesday in geneva. and the recent russian-based cyber attacks will likely be a big part of the conversation matt bodner is live in moscow. matt, what can we expect from these high stakes talks? >> frances, good morning it could end up being quite the finale to the trip we're looking at a broad ranging discussion from kind of the usual nuclear arms style discussions between the u.s. and russia but things such as cyber security and the ongoing issue with hacking and it's actually very interesting. president putin yesterday in an interview that was published in the russian state media suggested that russia would actually be open to trading cyber criminals as part of a broad ranging extradition agreement. obviously there is a lot of question there's, including whethe but president biden reacting to this last night said he was actually open to the proposal.
