also not agreeing with a medical treatment that she's received so she had a lot of complaints almost sounding defiant for a moment after this attorney that was appointed by a judge years ago also said he is willing to consider allowing britney to have another attorney represent her. also the judge saying that jody montgomery, who at the moment is one of her conservators and overlooks her treatment, asking her to look into the treatment that britney spears is receiving. so lots of details shared today. britney's attorney also sharing that moving forward she's agreed to seal the documents and to not have these hearings be public like today so we'll have to wait and see what decisions get made. but a lot that we learned from britney sharing all of these details over the phone in this hear high-stakes. do the nation's public schools have the power to punish students for what they say off

we turn to nbc's raf sanchez >> good morning. john mcafee, best known for the antivirus software that bore his name but he also sold shares in that company in the '90s. he made a lot of money and then he lost a lot of money in the 2008 financial crash and after that his life took a very strange turn. he spent years on the run from u.s. authorities part of that time he was living on a yacht in the caribbean. he tried to run for president twice in 2016 and 2020, didn't get very far either time he was wanted back in the u.s., as you said, on tax evasion and cryptocurrency fraud charges and he was finally arrested bottom spanish authorities in barcelona in october just hours before his death, spain's high court ruled he could be extradited back to the u.s. to face charges in one of his last tweets, he said, i have nothing, yet i regret nothing.
