so the russian government is taking this much more seriously now. in south africa, another place we're seeing a growing delta variant cases. the government has moved to reintroduce measures doing a 14-day strict regime and very similar case in australia. sydney is going into a 14 day lockdown the delta variant, as you mentioned, is not just a problem for low vaccination rate countries. places like israel are starting to see it as more and more of a problem where half of the cases were fully vaccinated. we just look around the world right now. a lot of questions on what the delta variant means both in vaccinated and unvaccinated countries. phillip? >> matt bodner, thank you. the bipartisan infrastructure plan is back on track this morning after comments from president biden nearly derailed republican
