as we mentioned this morning, florida is starting to feel impact of tropical storm elsa much of the state will be in the cross hairs today and tomorrow as dangerous system barrels north. residents bracing for storm surge, some tourists are staying put. jay gray from clearwater beach, florida, what are you seeing there? >> reporter: yeah, good morning, right now not that bad, slight breeze you expect along the
