south central texas. and now it's already making its way into southwest louisiana sustained winds of 75 miles per hour it is now starting to slow down out of the north/northeast to 10 miles per hour, and i expect that to continue to be the case throughout the next 24 to 32 hours. prolonged moisture with rainfall rates up to 2 to 4 inches. that's devastating across southeast to southwest louisiana where they've already dealt with hurricane ida. so you can see the storm track has now made its way into the west of new orleans, the houma area, the bayous and parishes of louisiana where they have already been dealing with flash flooding and we still have 100,000 people still without power. you have hurricane warnings still in place, but now the forecast calling for sections of 18 to 25 inches. guys >> wow, areas that are so flood-prone. president biden is hitting the road today to tout his party's plan to rebuild america.
