to a red flag warning and that means at the same time we have low humidity and high winds, and some of the gusts and mountains could peak up to 35 miles per hour. this starts at 11:00 this morning, and continues through 6:00 tomorrow evening. let's go through the wind forecast. starts out calm this morning, and then as we head through late morning, winds mostly at about 10 miles per hour, not too gusty yet. as we go into the evening, we will see some spots getting 20, 25-mile-per-hour gusts, and it looks like for the northerly wind, it could bring in dry conditions. but today we are keeping cooler temperatures, up to 85 today in antioch. oakland in the low 70s this afternoon. we'll see low 60s near the coast. san francisco in the upper 60s today. up to 84 in clearlake and

sonoma, and as we look ahead, high pressure building across the region, that will heat up our temperatures and make it feel like summer. that will gradually move out of here and we will wait on this long line of showers approaching going into tuesday and wednesday. it may not get the rain but it looks like we will get a cooldown here. take a look at the 10-day forecast for concord. hot this weekend. plan on trying to cool off as we go into the next several days. then, next week we do see the nice cooldown happening in a lot of the forecast with highs in the 70s and even low 70s by the end of next week. we do still have to blast the air-conditioning starting tomorrow and it continues into the weekend with the 90s in the inland areas, but we will be able to give it a break after a few days. for san francisco, comfortable, highs in the low 70s and
